All orders will be processed and shipped according to the following schedule:
Orders placed before 12:00pm EST: Shipped Same Day
Orders placed after 12:00pm EST: Shipped Next Business Day
Weekend and Holiday Orders: Shipped Next Business Day
Available Shipping Methods
Standard: 4-7 Business Days
Expedited: 2-3 Business Days
Weekend and Holiday Orders: Shipped on the next open business day via the selected shipping method
Order cancellation
If would like to cancel your order please contact our Consumer Satisfaction Team for assistance. Please note that orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have shipped.

How do I return?

Can I make a revision to my order?
If you made an error when placing your order, please contact contact@childrenofdesign.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Note: once an order has been fully processed we cannot make a revision
Where is my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Be on the lookout for your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What items are returnable?
- Within 90 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging
International returns
International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors made by Children of Design. Import duties and VAT charges may apply for international deliveries and are not included in your order’s total. Children of Design assumes no responsibility for import duties or customs charges.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after that.
